Shipping

 

Orders normally take between 7 to 10 business days to ship. For custom items please allow 14 to 21 days for purchases to arrive.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Domestic shipments take approximately 1 – 6 business days to arrive.

Shipping costs are based on UPS or USPS rates, and will be quoted upon request. For questions or concerns about shipping please contact us.

 

Returns

If you purchase an item that does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it for an exchange or full refund within 7 days of receipt, as long as the merchandise is unused and returned in saleable condition.

Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Note: There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns (not for exchanges)

Shipping will not be reimbursed for returned items. Upon an exchange, additional shipping charges will be issued to your credit card to ship the new item. We will make you aware of the additional charges before charging your card.

Please note that refunds may take up to two weeks after we receive your return to be processed.

Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these custom items are not returnable.

All Sale and Custom items are FINAL.

All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit, otherwise your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, Carved Wood Shop will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to your credit card or ship the item you have selected in exchange.

No returns, exchanges or credit will be issued if you fail to notify Carved Wood Shop of your desire to return or replace your purchase within the 7 business day window, or after 30 days from receiving your order.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded by Carved Wood Shop. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.

Carved Wood Shop reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at the wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your account, we will refund to you the amount charged.

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged:
Carved Wood Shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. Items sent via US Postal Service are not insured unless you specifically request those services.
